WARHAMMER - SET DESIGN, PRODUCTION AND CREATIVE DIRECTION
May 1, 2024WORKING WITH GLOBAL GAME + HOBBY POWERHOUSE GAMES WORKSHOP, ON THEIR ‘WHAT IS WARHAMMER?’ CAMPAIGN WE DESIGNED, BUILT, PRODUCED, STYLED + DIRECTED ACROSS TWO SETS
As part of the relaunch of Warhammer.com we were commissioned by Games Workshop’s marketing team to design, build and dress two sets that would resonate with their existing audience and inspire new gamers.
Working to an ‘aspirational but everyday’ direction we styled the sets with a mix of modern and vintage furniture, brought alive by pops of the brand colours and nods to artistic hobbies and historical interests.
Windows and doors were included in the build spec to make the most of afterwork-gaming lighting and create a magical atmosphere to tie in with other assets in the campaign.
During the shoot we worked alongside Games Workshop’s incredible team of in-house film makers, photographers and gaffers to provide on set direction and styling as well as wardrobe, hair and make up support.
See how it all fits together in the video ad and stills below!
