CLAWSON DAIRY - RECIPE DEVELOPMENT + FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY

ONE OF OUR FAVOURITE THINGS TO DO IS DEVELOP RECIPES AND DIRECT FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY THAT SHOWCASES WONDERFUL INGREDIENTS SO WHEN CLAWSON DAIRY ASKED US TO CREATE SEVEN RECIPES THAT CELEBRATE THEIR SHROPSHIRE BLUE CHEESE WE GOT STRAIGHT TO WORK RESEARCHING FLAVOUR PAIRINGS AND TESTING OUT NEW RECIPES.

The goal was to create inspiring, uncomplicated ways for a younger audience to enjoy this tangy blue cheese through recipes that cover classic dishes and current food trends while still sitting authentically within the brand, all presented beautifully to stop-the-scroll and resonate via social media.

The recipes range from salads to steaks, our favourites being the air fryer buffalo wings and a sweet potato fry, Shropshire Blue and candied walnut wrap that will have you making candied walnuts on repeat!
